Collection: Fried SWAI fillets

8-SWAI fillets 

2-tablespoons of TX ALL SEASONING

2-cups of corn meal

1/4-cup of yellow mustard 

1/4-cup of valentina

1-48 oz bottle of canola oil

 

In a pot, heat up your canola oil. In a shaker bowl, add corn meal. In a separate bowl add your fillets, mustard, valentina and TX ALL SEASONING. Mix all ingredients together and add fillets to shaker bowl. After canola oil is at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, add 4 fillets at a time, depending on size of pot. Cook fillets 7-9 minutes. In a cooking rack with pan, put fillets on to cool.
