Collection: Chicken, Sausage and Shrimp Gumbo

4-chicken thighs

1-link of(14oz) andouille sausage

1/2-cup flour

1/4-cup vegetable oil

3-celery sticks (chopped)

1-green bell pepper, chopped

1/2-yellow onion chopped

1-tablespoon minced garlic

2-quarts chicken broth

1-tablespoon TX ALL SEASONING

1lb-shrimp, peeled and deveined

1-bag of rice

Season chicken with TX ALL SEASONING then add to pot with oil, sear about 7 minutes on both sides. Remove chicken from pot, add vegetables to pot, cook until tender, in same pot add sausage and cook until brown on both sides. Remove sausage and set aside, add oil and flour to your pot. Stir continuously for 30 minutes. Once roux is to the color of your liking, add onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Add chicken chicken broth, simmer for an hour. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over rice or just in a bowl with your favorite garnish.
