Collection: Pit Boss Bone-In Pork Chops

 PIT BOSS BONE-IN PORK CHOPS (TX ALL SEASONING)

Ingredients:
• 4 bone-in pork chops (1–1.5 inch thick)
• TX ALL SEASONING (Original or Spicy)

Preheat Pit boss

Set your Pit Boss to 350°F and let it preheat for 10–15 minutes.

Season the Chops

Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.

Season both sides generously with:

TX ALL SEASONING Original and Spicy

Let sit for 10 minutes.

Grill Time 

Place pork chops directly on the grill grates.

Cook for:
• 6–8 minutes per side
• Flip once

Cook until internal temp reaches:
 145°F

Rest & Serve

Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
