2-Ribeye Steaks

2-tablespoons of TX ALL SEASONING

1-10.4 oz can of chicken broth

Season both sides of your steaks with TX ALL SEASONING, add chicken broth. Place in fridge covered and let marinate 2-4 hours. Fire up your charcoal grill, once the grill grates are nice and hot, place the steaks at an angle. This will help to achieve those cross-hatch grill marks. After about 90 seconds, rotate the steak at 45 degrees and cook for another 90 seconds. At this point, the steak is ready to flip. You can repeat this process again, to get your perfect grill marks. Please note that your cooking time may vary, depending on the size and thickness of your steak. I use a Thermapop thermometer to check the temperature of the steak and remove it when it's 130 degrees Fahrenheit or medium rare. Resting the steak allows the juices to settle in the steak.
